Dear colleagues,
Materials are published in the Journal of Secondary Vocational Education on a paid basis. The price is set at 850 Rub per page, with one page defined as A4 page, font size 14, 1.5 line break, not including VAT (18%), the cost of the authors copy and shipping costs.

The body of the message should include payment details. Should the costs of the publication be covered by the author, the e-mail should mention fax number or e-mail address where the invoice is to be sent. Should the costs be covered by an educational institution, the institution should provide a commitment letter signed by the chief financial officer (in Russia, chief accountant) including the necessary bank information. The letter is to be faxed or e-mailed along with the article.
Publication of the articles written by full-time postgraduate students for the purposes of their postgraduate research is free of charge.
Anniversary articles are published on a paid basis as well. The price is set at 2,200 Rub per page, with one page defined as A4 page, font size 14, 1.5 line break, not including 18% VAT.
Price for one page of photos (5-6 photos) is 7,400 Rub, not including 18% VAT.
Publication in the Supplement to the Journal of Secondary Vocational Education and the monthly Secondary Vocational Education Herald is free of charge. These publications have not been entered into the Registry of the Higher Attestation Commission (VAK).
